Our VerdictsMr. Srodulski’s Jury Verdict in Cook County

On August 4, 2014 attorney, Marc Srodulski, brought a personal injury matter to jury verdict after a one-day trial in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Plaintiff alleged injuries as a result of a rear-end accident. Defendant admitted negligence, but denied that the plaintiff suffered the injuries claimed. After hearing testimony and the arguments of counsel, the jury returned a verdict in an amount less than the medical damages requested by plaintiff and less than 40% of the prayer requested from the jury.
