David is a litigation attorney with Beverly Pause and has been practicing law since 1993. He has experience in numerous arbitration proceedings both as a litigator and arbitrator. He has been appointed as an arbitrator by former adversaries. He also has tried many cases across the State of Illinois. His practice is now focused on defense litigation, but in the past has included work as counsel for the plaintiff.

When he is not working he is the father of two boys one with Autism. The three enjoy going to Six Flags, and hockey games.
