Marc joined the trial attorneys at Beverly & Pause in 1998 and since that time has brought in excess of 60 jury trials to verdict on matters ranging from wrongful death and catastrophic losses to soft tissue claims. His extensive practices areas include Insurance Defense Litigation, Insurance Coverage /Chancery actions and Personal Injury, as well as Uninsured, Underinsured and Fraud Investigations for various national insurers. He has successfully briefed and argued multiple matters before the Appellate Court of Illinois, including a matter which created new Statewide protocols controlling the compensation afforded to physicians participating in the litigation process. He received his B.A. in Biology and Environmental Conversation at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1993 and completed his Juris Doctorate Degree with Honors at Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1997. While at Chicago-Kent, Mr. Srodulski clerked for Federal Magistrate Hon. Ronald Guzman and received the distinguished Environmental Law & Policy Certificate from Chicago-Kent’s Environmental Law Program. Prior to joining Beverly & Pause he worked as an Environmental Consultant providing risk and policy exposure evaluations to international insurance companies for their clients with highly contaminated environmental hazards. He is currently an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
