Jessica Nosalski

Jessica Nosalski joined Beverly & Pause as an associate attorney in May 2023.

Ms. Nosalski has a diverse legal background and now specializes in insurance defense.  Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Luetkehans, Brady, Garner & Armstrong, LLC, where she gained significant experience in various practice areas, including insurance defense, governmental representation, election law, redistricting, civil rights litigation, zoning and land use, environmental law, eminent domain, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Nosalski received her law degree from UIC John Marshall Law School with a JD Concentration in Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution.  In May 2020, she was inducted into the Order of Barristers for her exceptional skills in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.  Her passion for advocacy earned her a CALI award in appellate advocacy.  She served as an associate justice for the Moot Court Honors Board and competed in multiple moot court competitions.  She was also a teacher’s assistant for three appellate advocacy classes.

Her legal experience includes both civil and criminal law.  During law school, she gained valuable insights from working with the Homicide Division of the Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender and working as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Vincent M. Gaughan at the Criminal Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.

In 2017, she graduated from Loyola University Chicago magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology and a minor in English.
